My fatal flaw is that I'm a little too much of a perfectionist - though, I guess that would be a good thing for you! I've been licensed to create since 2019 but my history in the beauty industry goes back further - from doing the seniors prom makeup at age 16, to my first publication at 18, I've always known the beauty industry is where I'm meant to be.
